AmanaأمانةOrder from shops abroad and choose Deliver with Amana. A verified traveler already flying to Lebanon carries your parcel sealed in their luggage and hands it to you at your door.
How a parcel gets to you
No warehouses and no waiting for a container: your parcel takes the next flight with someone who is going anyway.
- 1
You order
Choose Deliver with Amana at checkout. Your tracking number arrives right away.
- 2
A traveler accepts
Verified travelers flying your route get the request. The first to accept takes it — nothing is charged before that.
- 3
Sealed and carried
The shop ships it to the traveler, who receives it sealed, photographs it, signs for it and flies with it.
- 4
Handed over at your door
You give the traveler your one-time delivery code. Only then is the traveler paid.
amānaa trust; something placed in your care
Every parcel is an amana
In Arabic, an amana is something entrusted to you, to be kept safe and handed back intact. Every rule in Amana exists to keep that promise.
-
Verified travelers
Every traveler shows an ID and a selfie, and our team checks them before they can carry anything.
-
Checked before it travels
Each item is checked against airline and customs rules before any traveler sees it: allowed, restricted or blocked.
-
Sealed from shop to door
The traveler photographs the sealed parcel and signs a custody receipt. It is never opened on the way.
-
Paid only after the handover
The traveler's reward is released only when you give your delivery code at the door.
-
Covered if something goes wrong
Optional protection covers the declared value up to $1,500, and you can report a problem within 3 days of delivery.

Questions, answered
Something else on your mind? Write to us below.
Do I need the Amana app to get my order?
No. Follow your order here with its tracking number. The person receiving it gets the delivery code by SMS, no app needed.
Where do I find my tracking number?
On the shop's confirmation page and in every email from Amana. It looks like AMN-7K3P-QX9M.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged until a traveler accepts. Then you complete the purchase: the item and Amana's delivery.
How is the delivery price set?
Amana sets it from the parcel's weight, size and value, and you see it before you order. There is no bargaining with travelers.
What can't travelers carry?
Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods and anything airlines or customs forbid are blocked automatically. Batteries, perfumes and similar items are allowed within airline limits.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us within 3 days of delivery, in the app or with the form below. The traveler's reward stays on hold while we look into it, and optional protection covers the declared value up to $1,500.
How are travelers verified?
Each traveler submits an ID document, a selfie and an address, and our team reviews them before the traveler can carry anything. Their first name, rating and number of deliveries are shown on every order.
